Instructions for Chrome

Step 1 - Go to website

If you are an existing customer, click this link to navigate to the Support Portal. Otherwise please give us a call first at 623-877-0700 so we can better assist you.

Once there, either choose a representative or enter a session key you received. You can also fill out the form if you have not already talked to a representative.

Step 2 - Download program

Once you have selected a representative or entered a session key you will be met with the download page. 

The file that you need to download should already have started downloading and will be shown in the bottom left of the browser.

Step 3 - Run to connect

Once the file has completed downloading simply run the file by clicking on it or the "open file" link on it.

The program will begin to run and you may recieve a windows prompt asking if you want to allow this app to make changes, click YES on this prompt.

If it asks you for a username and password that you do not know, then click NO and you will still get connected to the representative.
